About Evergreen Doula Services
Anne Paterson, IBCLC, CD(DONA)
I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a certified birth doula with DONA International. I live in Evergreen, Colorado with my husband and two kiddos, and we spend most of our time playing outside, exploring our amazing little corner of the world.
Breast/chestfeeding can be wonderful and sometimes challenging, and I want to support you however you choose to feed your child. Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or working through a challenge months into parenthood, my goal is for you to feel supported and seen.
I know the challenging side firsthand. My own early breastfeeding experience was harder than I expected and very different with both my children. It’s why I pursued formal lactation education and earned my IBCLC. I began working with families as a birth doula while I was studying, and today I bring compassion, zero judgment & a plan that fits your goals to every family I serve.
I am in awe of the human body and believe birthing people are absolutely incredible as they grow life and bring it Earthside and then feed and sustain their baby through the first year. It wasn’t until I delivered my first kiddo and made my way through those first challenging months of breastfeeding that I knew I wanted all birthing people to feel empowered to own their experience, in labor, in birth & in the months and years that follow.
I am proud to work alongside the incredible lactation and doula support people serving families throughout the foothills of Denver.

Mission
To support birthing and breast/chestfeeding people through pregnancy, labor and postpartum so that they feel in control, supported and satisfied with their experience for years to come.
