Visit 4 — Finding Your Rhythm A follow-up to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your feeding routine. We'll address pumping and bottle feeding if that's part of your plan.
Visit 5 — Yours to Use, Whenever You Need It This visit is completely flexible — use it for anything that comes up during your 3 months of support. Many families use it to help introduce a bottle before feeding reflexes become integrated and this becomes more challenging.
